We worked on bike body separation, cornering, shifting when climbing, best way to dismount on either side of your bike, played the cardboard slide game for braking, had fun with bike bingo while learning some things about our bike's components and then took it to the trail. Join us for 3 days of Girls Riding Together Camp at Jordan Creek Parkway from June 25-27th! This camp is supported by alumni and current female student ambassadors. We practice skills, learn about what it's like to join the team and race mountain bikes and enjoy some girls time together in a welcoming social setting. No mountain bike experience needed. There is still time to sign up for our Easton Area There is still time to sign up for our Easton Area Try-it sessions, starting with an intro to MTB skills clinic at Hackett Park on June 2nd, followed by a trail ride on single track trails at Jacobsburg State Park on June 7th. Try-it rides are free to participate, loaner bikes are available upon request. Eligible students are MS & HS aged boys and girls, as well as current 5th graders who will be entering MS in fall. All students must sign into TeamSnap to indicate their availability prior to practice. Parents can also sign in for their children and to view all practice and race schedules. Please contact your Head Coach or Team Director if you have problems accessing TeamSnap.

PRACTICE LOCATIONS

Most of our practice throughout the season is held at Jordan Creek Parkway, where middle and high school students of all skill levels can join us for basic skills practice, adventure riding and skilled race practice. On weekends we ride at Jordan, TREX and NOX depending on weather conditions. Come ride with us!
